PURCHASING OR RESERVING A UNIT

SALES AGREEMENT

Purchasing your suite has never been easier. All that is needed is a completed sales agreement and a $10,000 deposit. The balance of the suite will be due on the possession date. Your sales agreement can be conditional upon a number of things; your lawyers approval, arranging suitable financing, and a 7 Day Cooling Off period. DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS

In Manitoba when you purchase a condominium you are entitled to receive a full set of Disclosure Documents for review. These documents will contain information about the condominium suite you are purchasing. Items will include the Declaration, the budget, financial statements, by-laws, and management agreement to name a few. At the time of completing the sales agreement you will receive these documents and your 7 Day Cooling Off period will begin where you or your lawyer can review these documents.

RESERVING A UNIT

If you’ve selected the suite of your dreams but need a bit more time to decide or talk with family members, we would be happy to reserve a unit for you. If you would like to reserve a unit we would require a completed Letter of Commitment and a refundable $5000 Deposit. We will reserve your suite for up to 5 Business days while you decide. If you wish to proceed after your reservation period a completed sales agreement and an additional $5000 Deposit would be required. You can print or review the Letter of Commitment below.
