WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO MOVE IN?

Phase One construction has commenced. Phase One possession dates are projected to be in summer/fall 2019. 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, pets are allowed in the building. Some weight restrictions may apply.

IS PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

One heated underground parking stall is included in the purchase price of 2 bedroom suites. Designated 1 bedroom suites include an outdoor/electrified stall. 

CAN I PURCHASE ANOTHER PARKING STALL?

Yes. There will be additional outdoor parking spots that can be purchased.

ARE APPLIANCES INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE?

Yes. A s/s stove, s/s microwave, s/s refrigerator, s/s dishwasher and white stackable washer/dryer is included in the purchase price. 

HOW ARE THE SUITES HEATED/COOLED?

Each suite will have separate HVAC systems housed in the storage room on balconies. Electric forced air heating and air conditioners individually thermostated for each suite. 

IS THERE A WARRANTY PROGRAM?

Yes. The builder will offer a new home warranty.

WHAT ARE THE CONDO FEES?

Fees are projected to be between $240-$280 per month.

WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES?

Bloom & Timber has many exciting amenities which include a fitness center, gathering room, guest suites, health & wellness rooms, lounge areas, business center, and other intangible features making this community amenity impressive.

WHAT ARE THE STANDARD FINISHINGS?

Luxury vinyl plank flooring, Quartz countertops on all counter surfaces (both washrooms), high end plumbing/lighting fixtures, soft closing cabinetry, and disc/pot lighting. 

WILL I HAVE ANY CHOICE IN FINISHING?

You will be able to choose your colour/finishing of Quartz countertops, Cabnitry and Flooring. Carpet can be installed in bedrooms at no extra cost. Lighting and plumbing fixtures have been pre selected by our design team. Prior to possession you will meet with our Design Team to select your options. Multiple customization options are available.

CAN I HAVE A BBQ ON MY BALCONY?

Yes.

WHAT KIND OF DEPOSIT DO I NEED?
