Conveniently located close to both the city and beaches. If you need to get away, cottage country is 45 minutes down the highway while also only 15 minutes from downtown. Designated greenspace is north of the building as well as access to beautiful walking/biking trails down Chief Peguis trail. Coupled with that convenience is the fact that Molson is a quiet/dead-end residential street- one couldn't ask for a better location for a condo complex.

Bloom and Timber avoids a "cookie-cutter" approach to design. Every unit has a uniqueness to it, depending on location and finishes. When looking at our 2 bedroom floor plans, you will see 3 different layouts. The variety of unit sizes and combination of finishes allow for each owner to feel that their place is "their" place.
